Ura Idol Cannonball 2017 (裏アイドルキャノンボール 2017; Backdoor Idol Cannonball 2017) is a pornographic documentary film released on April 28th, 2018. It is an unofficial sequel to Gekijou-ban Idol Cannonball Run 2017.

The film documents the failed audition attempt of Yamahashi Miki (credited as "Ball Girl"), an amateur AV actress hired by HMJM to infiltrate the WACK AUDiTiON CAMP 2017. The film ends with an explicit sequence in which Yamahashi receives a "victory fucking" upon her elimination from the audition camp.

- This is Yamahashi Miki's only known AV role. It is unknown if she continued her AV career under a different name.
- According to an interview with director Company Matsuo, Yamahashi changed her phone number and cut all ties with him after the film was recorded. He saw her once more afterwards, where he passed her by chance on the street in Kabukicho.
