"U Nko" (ウ・ンコ), also known as "Hirano Nozomu" (ヒラノノゾム) and "Trivago" (トリバゴ) was a competitor in the 2018 and 2019 WACK Audition Camps.
Biography
In March 2018, "Hirano Nozomu" took part in the WACK Audition Camp 2018, during which she was nominated for elimination a total of three times in a row;
- Her first elimination happened on day three, but she managed to win that night's redemption challenge of writing the longest essay, and was allowed to remain in the audition.
- On day four, she was eliminated from the audition for a second time in a row after failing a Paprika squatting challenge. However, after a heavy storm prevented her from actually leaving the island safely, she was allowed to return to the audition after missing half a day of activities.
- On day five, she was eliminated from the audition for the third night in a row, and challenged to the same squatting challenge that she had failed the night before. Once again, Hirano failed the challenge, and, as the storm had cleared, she was officially removed from the audition proper.
During this audition, "Hirano Nozomu" was given the nickname "Trivago" due to her physical resemblance to the spokeswoman in Japanese commercials for the travel company, Trivago.
"Trivago" returned to the audition camp a second year in a row, this time given the name "U Nko". However, she was eliminated on the first day for failing to make Watanabe laugh. Afterward, she was reported to have auditioned again for BiS' third generation, but also did not pass.
As of March 2020, U Nko has been participating in the SCRAMBLES Music College program, where she has seemingly joined a band.
