Shigusawa Ao (シグサワアオ), also known as Omochi (おもち) is a Japanese former idol. She was part of WACK as a member of GANG PARADE from 2015 to 2016 and has since retired from entertainment.

Promoting WE ARE the IDOL
2015[]
On May 31st, Shigusawa Ao was announced as a member of POP alongside Yamamachi Miki, Yumeno Yua and Inukai Maaya.
Shigusawa Ao's first album with the group, P.O.P, was released on August 4th.
Shigusawa Ao's first single, Happy Lucky Kirakira Lucky, was released on December 8th.
2016[]
On July 20th, three days after POP changed their name to GANG PARADE, Shigusawa Ao announced her graduation, citing that her parents disapproved of her being an idol. Her final single, WE ARE the IDOL, had been released the day before.
Shigusawa Ao graduated on August 7th during GANG PARADE's Tokyo Idol Festival set.
After her graduation, Shigusawa changed her stage name to "Omochi" and formed the dance cover duo INUKOROMOCHI with former GANG PARADE group-mate Inukai Maaya.
