PAiNFUL TRiCKY SADiSTiC DEADLY TOUR was the first live tour performed by BiS' third generation. It took place from September 14th to October 12th, 2019. At 3 venues, it is BiS' shortest live tour to date.
Manako Chiii Manako was intended to participate in the tour, and even appeared on early promotional posters, however, she left BiS a month before the tour started.

Trivia[]
- The first letters of the tour spell "PTSD", a commonly-used abbreviation for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. Given heavy use of the abbreviation in the tour's promotional material, this was likely intentional.
