maho, formerly MAHO EMPiRE, is a Japanese idol under WACK, as a member of ExWHYZ.
maho originally joined WACK in March 2018, after passing the WACK AUDiTiON CAMP 2018 and subsequently joining EMPiRE. She remained in the group until their disbandment in June 2022, then immediately joined ExWHYZ afterwards.
In addition to her main groups, Maho is also a member of HOLY SHiTS, and previously, BULLY IDOL and Dogenzaka43.

Biography[]
2018[]
From March 12th to 18th, maho participated in the WACK AUDiTiON CAMP 2018 under the name "Yaya Eightprince". At the audition's concluding WACK EXHiBiTiON, it was announced that maho would be placed in EMPiRE alongside MiKiNA EMPiRE. Upon debut, her stage name because MAHO EMPiRE.
On July 26th, MAHO was also added to the shuffle unit, HOLY SHiTS. Her first release was WACK is SHiT, which was released digitally the same day.
MAHO EMPiRE's debut release with EMPiRE, EMPiRE originals, was released on September 5th.
2019[]
On January 30th, MAHO EMPiRE joined a second shuffle unit, BULLY IDOL, and, as a member, appeared in the music video for BILLIE IDLE®︎'s Soshite, Mata..
MAHO's debut single as a member of EMPiRE, Pierce, was released on February 29th.
On March 20th 2019, MAHO modelled for NEGLECT ADULT PATiENTS at Amazon Fashion Week.
2021[]
In mid-June, MAHO EMPiRE, along with every other active WACK member at the time, joined the shuffle unit, Dogenzaka43. Her only single as part of the group, Kyouniku Jakushoku ~Tsuyoi Yatsura wo Kucchimae~, was released on June 16th. At the end of June, her official Instagram was launched.
2022[]
From March 20th to 26th, MAHO EMPiRE participated in the WACK AUDiTiON CAMP 2022 as a mentor.
On May 30th, EMPiRE suddenly announced that they would disband in three days. MAHO's future with WACK was left uncertain, with details on each member's post-group activity to be determined at a later date.
Upon EMPiRE's disbandment on June 2nd, MAHO EMPRE joined a new unit, ExWHYZ, alongside the rest of the remaining members. The following midnight, she dropped the "EMPiRE" from her stage name, performing as simply "maho" from then.
2023[]
From March 19th to 25th, maho participated in the WACK AUDiTiON CAMP 2023, in her second year in a row as a mentor. On March 24th, it was announced that maho would have to paint her whole body white for a month for losing a performance battle against Aika The Police.
Personal Life[]
maho claims to be a pacifist and dislikes conflict.
She felt pressure from her parents growing up to be a perfect child and she never wanted her family or teachers to think poorly of her. In elementary school she took piano, volleyball, swimming and calligraphy lessons so she wouldn't have to worry about those subjects later, and so she wouldn't bother the school.

Trivia[]
- Is a big fan of Shiritsu Ebisu Chugaku and learned about WACK after hearing their cover of Orchestra. She applied to the WACK audition the next day.
- During the opening of THE NEW RiCE WITH EMPiRE tour, maho heavily criticized fans that came to see WAgg, calling them lolicons.
- From October to November 2018, her twitter profile name was "UNCHi EMPiRE", similar to how Can GP Maika changed her twitter name to "Can GP Unchi". After she changed it back to MAHO she revealed that the reason she changed her name was that it was a forfeit for losing a card game against Watanabe.
