The single was given to Yui Ga Dockson due to her being the most voted member of the members not to rank in the election. The song is based on the strongly Eurobeat-influenced "hyper techno" popular among followers of the Shibuya gyaru subculture. Likewise, Yui's styling for the single sees her made up as a typical ganguro gyaru, and during promotions for the song she would update her Twitter profile using gyaru-moji.
