Kamiya Saki (カミヤサキ) is a Japanese choreographer and former idol. They were the founder and leader of GANG PARADE, and a former member of BiS, being part of both the first and second generations.
By the time of their graduation, they were the longest-serving member of WACK and its last founding member.
As of 2022, they are a member of the group, Drop Shit Qaos, and the choreographer for PIGGS.

Biography[]
Early Career[]
Before becoming an idol, Kamiya Saki was very involved in the Tokyo street fashion scene, particularly in the then-emerging Dolly-kei style. they were a regular subject of street fashion blogs and was often in attendance at the parties held by their favourite boutique, Grimoire, where they became a member of staff. Other subcultures they were a fan of included anime cosplay, frequently cosplaying as male characters as well as female ones.
In January 2010, Saki launched their own brand of handmade accessories, Reveur de LYRA.
Saki's idol career started in 2011 when they joined Mero Mero Clover, a Momoiro Clover Z tribute group. They took the role of Momota Kanako. The group disbanded when they joined BiS, and they were unable to attend their final show due to work conflicts.
2013[]
On May 26th, Kamiya Saki joined BiS alongside First Summer Uika and Tentenko.
Kamiya Saki's first single with BiS, DiE, was released on June 26th.
2014[]
On February 2nd, BiS officially announced that they would disband in July.
Kamiya Saki's only studio album as a member of BiS, WHO KiLLED IDOL?, was released on March 5th.
On July 8th, BiS disbanded at Yokohama Arena. During their final show, Kamiya Saki announced that they would be forming a new unit, Pla2me, alongside solo idol Mizuta Mari.
Pla2me's first single, Plastic 2 Mercy, was released on September 30th 2014.
2015[]
On May 31st, after Mizuta Mari's graduation, Pla2me added new members and changed their name to POP.
Kamiya Saki's first album as a member of POP, P.O.P, was released on August 4th.
On August 11th, Kamiya Saki was suspended from POP, the official reason being that they had been repeatedly committing prohibited acts. As POP had been kicked out of Tokyo Idol Festival just ten days prior due to rowdy fan behaviour, it was believed that Saki's encouragement of this behaviour was the biggest, if not only, contributor to their suspension. A few months into their suspension, it was announced that Saki would be allowed to rejoin POP, as long as they successfully ran a 100km marathon within 24 hours.
On December 4th, Kamiya Saki rejoined POP after successfully completing the 100km marathon with two hours to spare.
2016[]
On June 17th, POP changed its name again to GANG PARADE.
2017[]
During the 2017 WACK EXHiBiTiON on March 30th, it was announced that Kamiya Saki would temporarily return to BiS, who had reformed the previous year, in a trade with member Aya Eightprince.
On May 1st, the rental trade period began and Kamiya Saki rejoined BiS.
Kamiya Saki's first single since rejoining BiS was SOCiALiSM, released on May 30th.
On October 2nd, Kamiya Saki joined the shuffle unit, SAiNT SEX.
Kamiya Saki's first single with SAiNT SEX, WACK is FXXK, was released on October 18th.
On December 8th, it was announced that the rental trade period would end in March and Kamiya Saki would return to GANG PARADE.
On December 30th, Kamiya Saki ranked 10th in the WACK General Election.
2018[]
On March 4th, during BiS 2nd BEGiNNiNG TOUR FiNAL WHO KILLED IDOL?, the trade between Kamiya Saki and Aya Eightprince was ended, and Saki officially returned to GANG PARADE as a full-time member.
Two days later, on March 7th, Kamiya Saki's final single with BiS, WHOLE LOTTA LOVE / DiPROMiSE, was. To represent the upcoming line-up changes coming to BiS, Saki only appeared on DiPROMiSE.
Saki's first single after rejoining GANG PARADE was GANG 2, released on May 29th. Around the same time, Saki began making appearances on BYS, but later quit after only a couple of months.
In October, Saki caught rubella and had to briefly go on hiatus from all activities, including a NEGLECT ADULT PATiENTS fashion show that they was scheduled to model for.
2019[]
On January 30th, Kamiya Saki joined a second shuffle unit, BULLY IDOL, and, as a member, appeared in the music video for BILLIE IDLE®︎'s Soshite, Mata..
As a reward for winning the Gang Parade 999 Bingo Event n April 20th, it was announced that Kamiya Saki would release a solo song in the near future.
On October 23rd, Kamiya Saki's solo song, still... was released digitally in October, and included on GANG PARADE's debut major album, LOVE PARADE.
Less than a month after the release of "still...", on November 17th, Kamiya Saki again won the first prize in Gang Parade's Tenbiri Bingo Event, and won a prize of a solo radio show to be broadcast in February 2020.
2020[]
On January 3rd, Kamiya Saki announced that they would graduate from GANG PARADE and WACK on May 22nd.
Afterwards, GANG PARADE was announced to split into two groups, neither of which Saki would be a part of. Instead, Saki would release one last solo song, "FALL", to be included on the two groups' joint release, G/P on April 1st.
On May 7th, Saki announced that their graduation live had been postponed indefinitely due to Japan's state of emergency from Covid-19.
On May 9th, it was announced that Kamiya Saki would leave GANG PARADE and WACK on May 22nd as planned, as they did not want to hold back GO TO THE BEDS and PARADISES and unnecessarily prolong GANG PARADE's life. Instead, WACK would hold a crowdfunding campaign to fund an alternative final performance on the same day. The crowdfunding successfully reached its goal on May 20th.
Kamiya Saki graduated from GANG PARADE and WACK on May 22nd via a livestream. As their original graduation performance at Nakano Sun Plaza had been ultimately cancelled, it was also announced that they would hold a final performance at Sun Plaza or a venue of a similar size some time after the coronavirus lockdown restrictions had been lifted.
On June 1st, following a brief hiatus from social media, Kamiya Saki re-emerged to open their official website and launch their new career as a choreographer.
Saki's first confirmed choreography project outside WACK was for multiple songs from PIGGS' debut album, HALLO PIGGS.
2021[]
Saki appeared in the music video for Aina The End's Saboten Girl in early February.
Exactly one year since they left WACK on May 22nd, a delayed graduation performance for Saki was held at Nakano Sunplaza, the original venue that their final performance was scheduled for. GANG PARADE, who had been on hiatus since their graduation, reformed one last time for the event.
Kamiya Saki opened their official YouTube channel on July 1st, and unveiled a music video that they had directed, Waterfall.
On October 3rd, Saki made a special guest appearance at MAMESHiBA NO TAiGUN No Shissou alongside former BiS groupmates Pour Lui and Coshoji Megumi.
2022[]
On February 1st, Kamiya Saki was unveiled as a founding member of Drop Shit Qaos, a performance art unit featuring dancer SHIMIZUMASH and ex-TEMPURA KIDZ member, P → ★. Information on the group's activities were vague, except that music and a teaser video were in production.
In late 2022, Saki appeared in the music video for PIGGS' MAJI MURI GAME
2023[]
On November 11th, Kamiya Saki performed with their ex-BiS groupmate First Summer Uika on the TV show "Osaka Melody", marking the first time the two had performed together since 2014.
Personal Life[]
In Kanzenban BiS Cannonball 2014, they mentioned that they distrusted in men in their private life, after a specific incident that went on for a year.
Despite living with her at the time of BiS Cannonball, Saki claims they are not close with their mother; they rarely saw each other due to their mother's long working hours. Their father isn't a part of their life.
Prior to becoming an idol, Saki had jobs in food retail and in a warehouse.
In mid-2022, Saki publicly came out as nonbinary and pansexual.
