Hirano Nozomi (ヒラノノゾミ), now known as Nozomi (ノゾミ), is a Japanese singer. She was a founding member of BiS' 1st Generation and BILLIE IDLE®︎, staying in both groups from their formation to disbandment. She is currently a member of Ohanano.

Biography[edit | edit source]

2010[edit | edit source]

On December 9th, at Pour Lui's final solo live, Hirano Nozomi was announced as a founding member of BiS.

2011[edit | edit source]

Hirano Nozomi's first release as part of BiS was the digital single, Taiyou no Jumon, on January 15th.

Hirano released her first album as a member of BiS, Brand-new idol Society, on March 23rd.

Hirano Nozomi's first single as part of BiS, My Ixxx, was released on August 3rd.

2012[edit | edit source]

From October 10th to November 28th, Hirano Nozomi voiced herself in the anime Backstage idol story.

On October 20th, a movie starring Hirano and other members of BiS, Idol Is Dead, was released.

2014[edit | edit source]

On February 2nd, BiS officially announced that they would disband in July.

On May 28th, Hirano Nozomi played the title role in Idol Is Dead -Non-chan no Propaganda Daisensou-, a sequel to 2012's Idol is Dead.

BiS disbanded at Yokohama Arena on July 8th, 2014. At the time, Hirano was the only member other than Pour Lui who had been a member throughout the group's entire tenure. During BiS' disbandment live, Hirano Nozomi announced that she was forming a new unit, BILLIE IDLE®︎, with group mate First Summer Uika.

BILLIE IDLE®︎ officially debuted on January 14th.

Hirano Nozomi's first release as a member of BILLIE IDLE®︎ was the digital single, Anarchy in the music scene, on March 2nd.

On April 1st, BILLIE IDLE®︎'s first album, IDLE GOSSIP, was released.

2016[edit | edit source]

On March 23rd 2016, a music video for Hirano's song on "4 in 1: THE OFFICIAL BOOTLEG", "Douse Kieteshimau Inochi Nara..." was published. Former BiS members First Summer Uika, Michibayashi Rio, Tentenko and Kamiya Saki collaborated on the song and appeared in the video.

On October 16th, BILLIE IDLE®︎ announced that they would disband at the end of the year.

On October 21st, BILLIE IDLE®︎ released their final single, LAST ORGY.

BILLIE IDLE®︎ disbanded on December 28th, 2019, after which Hirano Nozomi took a break from entertainment.

On June 19th, Hirano Nozomi announced that she had joined a new unit, Ohanano. Their first song was published to YouTube the same day.

Nozomi's first single with Ohanano, Watashi-Iro Melody, was released on August 3rd.
