Haruna Bad Chiiiin

Haruna Bad Chiiiin (ハルナ・バッ・チーン), now known as Tsuru Haruna (鶴ハルナ) and formerly Nanami Haruna (七海はるな), is a Japanese model and singer. She was previously part of WACK from 2018 to 2020, as a member of GANG PARADE.

Biography[]

2017[]

On May 26th, Nanami Haruna joined the underground idol group, Shuuengo Buppan.

Shuuengo Buppan disbanded on December 28th.

2018[]

From March 12th to 18th, Haruna participated in the WACK AUDiTiON CAMP 2018 under the name "Lisoliso".

On March 18th, at the audition's closing WACK EXHiBiTiON ceremony, it was announced that Haruna would join GANG PARADE. Upon joining, her stage name was changed to Haruna Bad Chiiin.

Haruna Bad Chiiin's first single, GANG 2, was released on May 29th.

2019[]

Haruna Bad Chiiin's first album, LAST GANG PARADE, was released on January 8th, 2019. For the album, she composed the song "Yoru Kurai Mu", making her the second GANG PARADE and WACK member to compose their own song.

2020[]

On February 20th, Haruna Bad Chiiin suddenly announced that she had left GANG PARADE, giving no reason for her departure.

Haruna started using a new Twitter account on February 26th, but less than a day later it was deleted.

While it was released after she had already withdrawn, Haruna Bad Chiiiin's vocals feature on G/P, revealing that she was supposed to join PARADISES when GANG PARADE split in March.

On May 25th, Haruna made a new Twitter account, along with an Instagram, TikTok and a Youtube channel, under a new name, Tsuru Haruna.

In December, Tsuru Haruna collaborated with the fashion brand, LIVERTINE AGE, to design and model their new line of clothing^[1].

2021[]

In January, Tsuru Haruna modelled merchandise for the restaurant brand, KENICK CURRY.

On May 7th, Haruna revealed her first solo song and music video, which she and her fans had created for a Remote Film competition that she didn't win. The song didn't appear to have any specific title, with the video posted to YouTube instead being titled "I made a song and music video with my fans" (ファンのみんなと曲とMV作ってみたよ).

Personal Life[]

Growing up, Haruna had a poor relationship with her family, feeling nervous around her father and distrusting of her mother, who would often bring strangers home. She hated school because she was frequently bullied by both students and teachers, with one teacher even telling her she didn't deserve to live.

Haruna suffers from depression, which reached a point where she felt ready to die if she didn't pass the WACK audition. From around 8pm she usually experiences a "mental break" where her depression kicks in. During this time, she normally cooks to distract herself.

Haruna's real date of birth has been a subject of debate among fans; While she was a member of Shuuengo Buppan, her date of birth was established as being December 24th, 2002. However, multiple instances since then have conflicted with this previously claimed date:

During the WACK Audition Camp 2018, Haruna claimed that she was 16 years old. However, if she was born on December 24th, 2002, she would have been 15 at the time of the audition.
Upon joining GANG PARADE, her birthday was stated to be December 31st, instead of the 24th.
From 2019, Haruna was seen working past the legally-enforced curfew for under-18s. However, if she was born in 2002, she should only be 16 years old and still required to end activities early.

In an interview published after she left GANG PARADE, her date of birth was established as December 31st, 2002.
