Tofu (豆腐) is a digital single by BiS, released for free on January 31st 2011, exactly one day after Nakayama Yukiko's graduation.
The song was first announced and performed the night prior, at Nakayama Yukiko's graduation live. At the very end of the concert, the remaining members of BiS performed the song without Nakayama present. Because of this, and the nature of the lyrics, it has been rumoured that the song was written as a disparagement of Nakayama and her decision to graduate.
