Fiction is a best-of album by Maison book girl, and their final album overall. It was announced on January 5th, 2020, and released in four different editions.
The album was originally scheduled to be released on April 29th, however, in early April it was postponed to June 24th instead.
The first-press limited edition type A of the album includes a bonus blu-ray containing footage of Maison book girl's Solitude HOTEL∞F live show.
The first-press limited edition type B of the album includes a bonus CD containing instrumentals and poetry readings, as well as a book of poetry written by Coshoji Megumi (the readings of which are usually included as b-sides on Maison book girl's singles).
The Amazon limited edition includes both the Solitude HOTEL∞F blu-ray, and a second blu-ray including all episodes of Pick Ups! -Maison book girl-.
