Don't tell me why［now type ver］ / TOKYO MOONLiGHT［now type ver］ is a 7-inch vinyl LP released by EMPiRE on March 17th, 2021. It consists of two tracks from THE EMPiRE STRiKES START!!, re-recorded with the current line-up as of 2021. The LP came as a request from the record store JET SET, who wanted to sell EMPiRE's music. The original release date for this LP was mid-January, however, the date was later pushed back to February 17th.
Pre-orders of the album made on JET SET Online came with a photo album of the members.

- The identifier "now type ver" is a pun on "new type ver.", used to identify recent re-recordings, and NOW EMPiRE, who is the most recent member to join and record vocals for these tracks (MiKiNA and MAHO had previously re-recorded both songs as part of the "NEXT EDiTiON" bonus tape included with EMPiRE originals).
