Charat (きゃらっと) is a Japanese music group under Teichiku Entertainment. The purpose of the unit is to create original theme songs for local mascots. Ex-BiS member Terashima Yufu is a member of the group.

Charat was first unveiled on March 13, 2020, as a group that would write, sing and choreograph songs for Yuru-Chara and local mascots. It was initially formed by Terashima Yufu and folk musician Kanzaki Takahiro, both noted yuru-chara enthusiasts. They then invited BOYS END SWING GIRL vocalist Tomizuka Daichi as their lyricist.

On March 22, Charat unveiled their first song, Isshou Inukai, for Izumisano's local mascot, Inunakin.

Charat's second original song, Warau Tsuno ni wa Neko Kitaru was unveiled on June 24. This song was written for Kotoine-san, a mascot for Mukohime prefecture.

Charat announced their debut EP, One Charat, on June 28. It was released on July 26th and contained five tracks.

On April 12, a music video was released for a new song, Sora ni Ichiban Chikai Machi, a song for the Narita mascot, Unari-kun. A few days later, they announced their second EP, Nimaime. Nimaime. Unusually, Sora ni Ichiban Chikai Machi was not included on the EP.

Nimaime was released on May 15th, 2021.

On August 1st, Charat released their first single, GO FRONT! The track was a cheer song for Rikuzentakata's local mascot, Takata no Yumechan.
