BYOB (ビョブ), formerly Gimmick!, PamperRevivePeople and Sin Sekai Sen (シンセカイセン) was a Japanese idol group under Dear Stage, active from 2014 to 2021. Their name stands for "Bring Your Own Bottle".

Former GANG PARADE member Inukai Maaya was briefly a member of the group in 2020 under the name "Fujiwa Maho".

Biography[]

Gimmick! - PamperRevivePeople, 2014-2017[]

In early 2014, founding members CAN DYSUN, Kagurazaka Lettuce, Toyosaki Yuzu and Narumi Chika formed Gimmick! after having been working at Dear Stage's Akihabara cafe since 2013.

Gimmick!'s debut single, BREAK IT OUT, was released on June 29th.

Toyosaki Yudu graduated from Gimmick! on April 13th, 2015.

On March 6th, 2016, Gimmick! changed their name to PamperRevivePeople, and Yuzu rejoined, changing her name to Matsunaga Yuzuri.

Sin Sekai Sen, 2017-2019[]

On February 14th, 2017, PamperRevivePeople changed their name a second time to Sin Sekai Sen (シンセカイセン).

Between July 8th, 2017 and August 4th, 2018, Sin Sekai Sen frequently released music via purchasable download cards.

On January 29th, 2019, Sin Sekai Sen released their debut album, SSS.

On June 7th, 2019, Sin Sekai Sen announced that they had transferred to Perfect Music, which had merged with their parent company, Dear Stage. As a result, all four members graduated from Akihabara Dear Stage Cafe on July 2nd. A few weeks later, on July 21st, Sin Sekai Sen changed their name for a third time, to BYOB.

BYOB, 2019-2021[]

On February 16th, 2020, founding member Narumi Chika graduated from BYOB.

Two new members, Mizuki Yumeko and Fujiwa Maho were added to the group on March 20th.

BYOB released their debut single under their new system, Square, on July 31st.

On October 16th, Fujiwa Maho withdrew from BYOB after being on hiatus since August, due to difficulties avoiding the COVID-19 outbreak. BYOB disbanded on January 21st, 2021, due to similar reasons.
