2016 was the year that BiS' second generation was formed through WACK's first livestreamed audition camp. A sister group, SiS, was also initially formed but disbanded less than a month later. 2016 also saw BiSH go through several defining changes, starting with their major debut under Avex. Soon afterwards, founding member Hug Mii graduated and was eventually replaced by Ayuni D.

POP also underwent another major overhaul, changing their name for the second year in a row to GANG PARADE and losing members Shigusawa Ao and Inukai Maaya. In the latter half of the year, Can Maika was added to the group, followed by ex-SiS members Yui Ga Dockson, Coco Partin Coco and Terashima Yuka a month later.
