"Propaganda" to "PROPAGANDA" ("プロパガンダ”と”PROPAGANDA"; "Propaganda" and "PROPAGANDA") is a compilation album released by BiS on November 25th. It was announced on September 7th.
It is a compilation of the top 10 most popular songs released by the Third Generation, as chosen by fans.
The album consists of two CDs, "Propaganda" (プロパガンダ) and "PROPAGANDA". Both CDs have almost the exact same tracklist, with the only exception being that "Propaganda" contains one new song, "HiDE iN SEW". The additional "PROPAGANDA" CD has been promoted as a "missionary board"; Whoever buys the album is encouraged to share this CD among friends in order to "spread the goodness of BiS". The missionary board edition is wrapped in a special bandana.
